London Regents Park Laps Bunch Ride
Join Knights Of Suburbia London for our weekly chop off around Regent’s Park. Also known as our favourite training ride of the working week!
Starting at the Physician’s Corner in Regent’s Park, we roll one social lap to warm up and then start our paceline efforts aiming for smooth 30 – 45 second turns on the front. This is a drop ride best suited to racers / regular bunch riders, but don’t let that put you off: we will regroup in the middle to roll another easy lap before powering on for the final few laps.
At 7:15am we will head off to Fortitude Bakehouse for anyone who is keen for coffee and a cinnamon bun.
This is the absolute best way to welcome in your Thursday and accidentally build a bit of fitness. We can’t wait to see you there!
